In a figurative but also in a spiritual sense
awakening means a new beginning, the start of something totally new. To capture this idea I used for my abstract digital illustration “Awakening” warm red and brown earth tones which are increased to a
light, bright yellow. The finely tuned transparent color harmonies were achieved through intensive post processing with Adobe Photoshop. Awakening belongs to an abstract art series titled “Poetic Lyrical
Contemplations” created since 2000 to capture feelings, moments, moods and memories. The high quality of my digital works allows large fine art prints up to 60 inch x 45 inch on canvas, acrylic, metal or
several fine art papers of your choice. Each and every Fine Art Print is printed out individually from the original digital file.
