Fractals are geometric figures like rectangles, circles and squares, but they
have special properties, that those figures do not have.
The fractals of this site are classic fractals after Mandelbrot and Julia. They are done in the layertechnique to add more deepness to the fractals. That means I usually create several different
fractals on transparent layers and combine them together in Photoshop Ultra Fractal with changing coloring and merge modes.
