My abstract digital art works are in the intent of those in the abstract expressionist movement, who played with color, edgy design and mixed media to produce art that benefits the process. But unlike the abstract expressionists at the start of the 20th century I use the digital medium and work with flames and fractals to express subjective moods, emotions and feelings. To realise my ideas I usually generate a series of inspiring, organic structures on transparent layers and combine it to delicate, bright, lightfully translucent color fields. To achieve this finely textured painterly quality and the delicately graduated, translucent color surfaces, every single image has been artistically designed in Photoshop. That makes each of these digital works of art unique and distinctive and is an outstanding feature of all of my abstract digital art works. The abstract images of this page are part of the abstract expressionist series “Poetic Lyrical Contemplations”. My abstract expressionist works are available as large sized fine art prints up to 60 inch x 45 inch. |
